We are currently handing over apartments from the first phase of the project, while finishing touches are being made on the second phase, which is scheduled for final inspection in Q4/2026.

We are also thrilled that Rezidence Blízká has been nominated in the prestigious Project of the Year and Best of Realty competitions.

Keep your fingers crossed for us!
